I am a design thinker. It’s what inspires me to create new flavors and dishes, to make delicious and unusual pairings. Outside of the kitchen, I’m a strategy consultant. Whether working with global companies, or global palates, I enjoy getting the best results. My culininary inspirations stem from fusing many traditions and cultures.
