Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Let’s be honest, tea doesn’t have what coffee does. However it’s way more healthier than coffee. So the days when I don’t pay my high calorie high caffeine visit to Starbucks, this is what I make. And it saves too, I mean $4 for cup of coffee???

Things that you need for 2 cups of Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte: 

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 black tea bags, tags removed
  • sugar/sweetener if needed

All that you need to do is: 

Mix everything and bring it to boil. Simmer for a minute while stirring well. And enjoy!
